Double-anonymous peer review; rolling submission with continuous publication

Handled by the founding editorial team; board listed on the journal page as appointments are confirmed
Timeline
Submissions reviewed on receipt; target first decision within 8–10 weeks. Actual average times will be published once reliable data exist.
