Submissions are made through each journal's Open Journal Systems portal — a structured, trackable process that protects both authors and reviewers.

Before you submit — checklist

Manuscript fits the journal's aims and scope
Anonymised main file (no author names, affiliations, or self-identifying references)
Separate title page with all authors, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and contributions
Abstract (≤250 words) and 4–6 keywords
Declarations included: funding, conflicts of interest, ethics approval, data availability, AI use
References in APA 7 with DOIs where available
