ABIEdu Academic Press is in its launch phase. Journal infrastructure, ISSN registration, and indexing applications are in progress — see our transparency statement.
For Librarians

Free to your readers, easy for your systems

Everything a library needs to evaluate, list, and link to ABIEdu Academic Press journals — with our usual honesty about what is active today and what is still in progress.

Access and cost

All ABIEdu Academic Press journals are gold open access. There are no subscription fees, no institutional licences, no registration walls, and no per-article charges for readers — ever. Your patrons can read, download, and reuse every article under Creative Commons licences (CC BY 4.0 by default) from the moment of publication.

Cataloguing and linking

Journal URLs
Stable, permanent journal homepages under journals.abiedu.com (e.g. journals.abiedu.com/jaisb). Safe to catalogue now.
ISSN
Application in progress for the Journal of Artificial Intelligence and Sustainable Business; the e-ISSN will be published on the journal page and here once granted. We recommend adding the ISSN to catalogue records at that point.
DOIs
Crossref membership in progress; DOIs will be assigned to all articles from the first publication onward, making OpenURL/link-resolver linking reliable.
Knowledge bases
Once content is published we will supply title lists (KBART format on request) for inclusion in discovery services and link resolvers. Contact journals@abiedu.com.

Metadata harvesting

Our journals run on Open Journal Systems, which exposes standards-compliant metadata for every article: OAI-PMH endpoint for harvesting (Dublin Core), Google Scholar citation_* meta tags, and Crossref metadata deposit upon DOI registration. The OAI endpoint address will be published here when the OJS platform goes live.

Digital preservation

Long-term preservation is planned through the PKP Preservation Network (LOCKSS-based) from the first published issue, ensuring continued access to content even if a journal or the press ceases operation. Current status is disclosed in our transparency statement — we mark preservation "active" only once content is verifiably preserved.

Indexing status — stated honestly

Our journals are not yet indexed anywhere, and we will never claim otherwise. The planned sequence is Google Scholar (automatic via OJS metadata), Crossref/OpenAlex/Dimensions (via metadata deposit), DOAJ (application upon eligibility), and Scopus / Web of Science evaluation after a sustained publication record. Each confirmed listing will be announced and verifiable at the indexer itself.

Evaluating us for your patrons

We encourage the scrutiny librarians rightly apply to new publishers. Our publication ethics, governance structure, fee policy, and service-status transparency table are all public. Questions, corrections, or concerns are welcome at journals@abiedu.com — including anything you believe falls short of the standards you expect.
